His tenure at renowned organizations such as RockitRanch Productions, Advantage Management, SAMARA Development, Restaurant 911, partnership with International company ROKiT Innovation as CEO and Tungsten Solutions Consulting, underscores his leadership prowess and strategic vision. As a Senior Vice President for a residential and commercial property management firm, Jeremy significantly augmented revenue streams and expanded clientele. His entrepreneurial spirit has had him working on portfolio boasting over $200 million in real estate construction, Jeremy’s expertise spans single-family developments, condo units, commercial spaces, and hospitality projects, including challenging terrains like Aspen. Jeremy’s commitment to professional development is evident through his active certification as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and maintenance of insurance licenses.
